TERMS OF SALE

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping, handling and re-stocking fee (25% of purchase price). All boxes, packaging materials, and accessories must be in new, re-sellable condition or a fee equal to the cost of the damaged and/or missing item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Used or damaged equipment may not be returned. No credit will be issued for damaged or missing items that are not reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order is shipped.

In order to return any product; you must obtain an RMA#. To do this, call 800-248-7226.

SHIPMENT

Shipping charges are included in the sales price and all items are shipped via Federal Express.

PAYMENT

Payments may be made on-line via credit cards only. Processing of orders will begin immediately upon receipt of payment. Delivery of products is dependent upon availability of product by manufacturer or, in the case of training, service provider. Most products/services are delivered within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

TAXES

The purchaser is responsible for all taxes. In accordance with US tax laws, sales taxes will only be added to orders shipped to customers in the state of NC. The cost of the sales tax will be calculated and applied after the order has been processed.

EXPORT NOTIFICATION

We do not ship any goods overseas. The goods offered may require a U.S. export license under either the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Control Regulations. Buyer agrees to comply with all U.S. laws regarding the export of goods and services to a third party.

PRICING CHANGES

It is understood that the prices herein are subject to change at any time. Also, prices herein are subject to adjustment by us in case of changes by you in specification, quantities or delivery requirements after our acceptance of your order. It is further understood that all warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnity herein shall apply with respect to all goods covered by any such change and that no modification or rescission of any such warranty, disclaimer, limitation or liability for damages or indemnity agreement shall be binding on us unless contained in express writing to that effect signed by us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.

FORCE MAJEURE

Stockton Infrared Thermographic Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Stockton Infrared Thermographic Services, Inc., in the conduct of its business.
